Yorkshire Searches is a locally based firm in West Yorkshire, with easy access to all of the County of Yorkshire and part of its neighbouring county Lancashire. The company provided searches to Solicitors and Conveyancers in the conveyancing process.
Our searches are carried out by people trained by the Local Authority in the Land Charges and Planning department. Our office staff has knowledge of the search process and make up, what we believe is a team that is second to none.
Our searches are laid out in an easy to read format and include additional information not revealed in a Local Authority search and are included in the price.
